Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. That's why every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee — and yes, it applies to all products, sale items included.

Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and undamaged, with all original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@axxivon.com and we'll guide you through it. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back before requesting a return — items sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right — at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must meet the same condition requirements above.

Items we can't accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, or hazardous materials and flammable liquids/gases. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
