Where we ship
We currently offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. (We're working on adding more destinations soon.)

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you place them.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

A note on estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at contact@axxivon.com and we'll help you track it down.

Taxes & duties
Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout where required. If any local customs fees apply on arrival, we'll do our best to keep you informed in advance.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
